AEROBICS
One of the best cardio exercise and a great combination of music and dance moves which makes aerobics very interesting.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. In the context of body building, functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.

ZUMBA
Popular in homes and gyms around the world for its focus on fun, high energy fitness, a Zumba workout burns calories and helps you to lose weight. The brain child of fitness instructor Alberto Perez in Colombia during the 1990s, the Zumba dance program fuses Latin music with contemporary dance beats to make exercise fun.

BOXING
Boxing is approximately 80% anaerobic and 20% aerobic, which is why I included interval training along with cardio and weight training. This workout combines strength, power, speed, agility and quickness all into one to ensure you’re a well-balanced fighter.

CROSSFIT
Crossfit is an effective way to get fit. Anyone can do it. It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements.

SPINNING
Indoor cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. It is commonly called spinning.
